Property Manager, Renee, is exactly what the other former tenants who have left reviews claim, RACIST. But I will add another federally protected status to what she discriminates against and its age. Many people live, temporarily, with a parent here, that is until SHE decides that she doesnt like you, personally and not because of something you have done or not done regarding the lease agreement. I am going to file a complaint with the federal agency responsible for overseeing this mandate, and while Im at it I am going to notify the Health Department of the ongoing, untreated presence of roaches, mold and the fact that the trash removal company refuses to pickup trash from here any longer because of the horrid conditions of the dumpster and the fact that the indoor garbage collection areas are a disgusting biohazard.

This place has went to hell in a hand basket.. If your white you don't have a chance.. white ppl can't break one rule. But there are ppl in here can have 15 ppl living with them. Packing mattresses up the back stairs that's ok.. druggies walking the halls. But that's ok. ITS NOT OK. This place is the most racist place White ppl don't have a chance. 55 and older my butt. Run n run fast

I have been a resident here for almost 6 years and the Apartment Management lady has never responded to my requests for pest control, she locks us down in our apartments and says that we cant go to any other floors besides our own and she wont let us use the common areas like library, tv room, salon, exercise room, concession room and even the LAUNDRY ROOM stays locked up unless you ASK HER PERMISSION AND THEN ONLY WHEN SHE IS WORKING, the other so-called amenities that I am supposed to be able to use stay locked up and have been that way for the entire time I have lived here. BEWARE!!! Also this place has BED BUGS IN EVERY APARTMENT AND THE MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO SPRAY FOR THEM OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. My neighbor had to go to the hospital because he got bit so many times and got a skin infection from the bites and the hospital took pictures of the bites.
