Eric's auto repair

Eric is truly a professional who knows what hes doing. He was able to diagnose a weird car noise that 2 other mechanics couldnt figure out in a matter of minutes. He had a pretty quick turnaround time with a big job and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that was understandable. Hes honest and affordable which is truly hard to find. He also speaks respectfully of other shops when I mentioned them, which speaks volumes on his sense of professionalism.

I brought in my car in 2022 for a fuel injector issue. I was looking online and every shop was closed because it was a Sunday. I thought it was a long shot someone was going to be able to help me. I started calling all the Auto Repair shops that were in the vicinity. Only Eric answered. He told me he happened to be at the shop that day and said I could bring the car over. He diagnosed my cars issue and was able to get me in and out the same day. - Flash forward to 2024. Same issue, just a different fuel injector. I was once again stuck on a Sunday. But, this time I knew who to call. Eric had more customers this time, but said I could leave my vehicle at his shop, and he would take a look at it ASAP. I ended up getting a rental and leaving my vehicle there. He gave me a call the next day and told me his price, and some other problems my car was having. We agreed on him replacing my fuel injector, and I also asked him if he could do some extra work. He happily obliged and told me when he thinks he'll be able to get the work done in two days. The next day he gave me another call and said they ended up finishing the vehicle before mine quicker and they stayed after close to get my vehicle done, because they knew I was in a rental. - I don't have much knowledge on cars. Eric treated me with respect, explained to me what the issues were, and gave me advice on what I should do. I truly appreciate Eric helping me when I was in a bind. I highly recommend using Erics Auto Repair, he is very knowledgeable . He will be my go to repair shop, and the first shop I recommend to friends and family. Not only did Eric get my car done in a timely manner he was also very fair on his prices. Thank you Eric's Auto Repair!

I had a wheelchair hoist installed. Eric kept me apprised every step of the way. The price was fair. Eric is a true problem solver. I'll use him again

Eric is a friendly professional guy to deal with! He had my F-150 fixed up in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. No complaints. Highly recommend this place for quality work!
