They make sure you are comfortable while waiting too. Nice hot cup of coffee on a cold snowy day. Thank you. so glad i have a great place to go for service.

Ive been a Victory Honda customers for 15 years and something has changed with their service. I can no longer support them or send others to them for service. Theyve had some changes in staff and that has definitely impacted the level of service. I took my car to them because the starter had died. I knew that the battery was still good because I had recently purchased it and it had full power despite not turning over the car. Had my car towed to them only to have them tell me that it needed a new starter and a new $280 battery based on the fact it wouldnt start and the corrosion. When I pushed back and told them that I didnt feel it needed a new battery and not at that price, they told me that my car was a hybrid, so of course the price was higher. The vehicle is not a hybrid. Then they told me that the other battery they looked at for me was $400 so they had saved me from overpaying already so $280 was pretty good. I told them that I would get my own battery and that the working battery that was in the car when I dropped it off should remain working long enough for me to get a new one elsewhere. I called Battery Master on McGalliard and they had a replacement battery for $130 so I called Victory Honda and let them know again to leave the battery alone. They replaced the Starter and let me know to come get the car. Car was working fine so I drove it over to Battery Master immediately to have the battery checked. They ran their diagnostics and let me know the battery was in great condition and they saw no need to replace it. Lying to a customer to make a sale is unethical at best and a crime at worst. Even giving Victory Honda Service the benefit of the doubt, not doing the due diligence to KNOW if a customer needs to make an almost $300 purchase by running the diagnostic to find out is a misuse of my trust as a customer. Now I feel like I need to take my car to another mechanic just to make sure nothing else was done to my car and that the start was put on correctly. Every time I go, I can't get just an oil change, they always tell me something else has to be added to it. This guy even got upset that I haven't gotten the full service since I purchased this vehicle. I miss the old service guys that were friendly and helpful.
