        Staples took care of my computer that is about 8 years old and was loaded down with viruses and other issues.

        Tried calling to ask for availability of a product that I found on the website. Not only did the not have any knowledge of the product (which normally wouldn't be a big deal), when I explained what the product was and asked to search for availability I was cut-off 2 seconds after I started to say the product name and the employee harshly stated "yeah we dont have that". Another remark that was made "if you're asking for external hard drives I have those, but I've never heard of what you are asking so no". Terrible customer service and normally I am very impressed with this Staples as we use it for to buy products for my work often. Instead of just stating you have "no idea" or "no clue" ask for further explanation not just shut the customer down, were they never taught customer service skills or basic communication skills?
