My husband ordered business cards from here that were ready last week, but when he went to pick them up, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to a staffing issue.
I called the store today to see if they were open; according to the automated message, they were, but I decided to wait & speak with an associate (just to make absolutely certain before driving all the way there). Its a good thing I did, because there was one person who was still at the store and she was getting ready to leave! Luckily she stuck around another 15 minutes so I could come in & pick up the cards. For that, Im grateful.
However, thats where my positive comments end. This place is in trouble.. see photo if you have any doubts.

Only went in for an Amazon return & as usual it took forever. They only have 1 of the employees doing Amazon returns. The line behind me was insane. They either need to streamline the process or have more than 1 person processing Amazon returns during busy times.

The store was absolutely filthy! My husband was wanting to get a new laptop and nobody could help that knew anything about them or if they even had any in stock. Very poor management in my opinion. And don't blame Christmas because this place was dirtier than a construction site!!!
