As a.former employee I highly recommend not using this dealer the Service Dept is incompetent I had to constantly make up excuses to why numerous cars come back they don't care about you!! I was let go for no reason a new manager who looks likes he is 15 had taken over and anyone hired under the previous manager was forced out I was lied to about my pay instead of just being straight with me they just closed appointments to me a disabled veteran I ask all veterans to do business elsewhere . The previous manager was let go after his vacation they went behind his back the store manager is a spineless person of poor character go to bosaks!!

The service department as well as scheduling made this process so easy. I contacted a different Honda dealership to look at my AC and it was so chaotic trying to schedule, speaking to different people, including the fees they said they would charge to even take a look at my AC (they quoted me differently both times I called). I decided to contact Team Honda and they were amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

As per my word a previous post is gone.However when it comes to any vehicle any buyer needs to be vigilant about parts and materials. Newer cars come with newer or the latest materials . This dealership is addressing an issue which was quite concerning. I commend them for this. I just hope any concerns are not a bigger problem in the future which would be a manufacture issue.
