      image Slow service for the morning on a Saturday. That is due to one customer trying to get as much money as possible because of what time slot they used. Thats on you bro if you chose a time when they are not open. Even with the online process it still took another 45 minutes from when I was supposed to get the truck. I think the online process should stream line but it doesnt do anything more because they are just asking the same questions at the store.

      image Never get any service. Door is always locked. I only came to get boxes. My grandma recommended even tho I told her I had this same experience before renting equipment. I was there over an hr.
