Hi, Dr. Reddys office can you please hold? Expect to get this response 90% of the time. You will hold for 5 plus minutes till you hang up. Once in their office expect to wait anywhere from 1-2 hours before your appointment. Staff is friendly and the doctors are good but is it worth it?

Dr. Reddys office staff and policies are terrible. They still wont see symptomatic/sick patients in office 2+ years after COVID began, even with negative tests. It makes zero sense. You are a primary care doctors office. Part of running such an office includes SEEING and treating people who are sick in office and not telling them to go to urgent care. Do yourself a favor and find a more accommodating office that will actually work with getting you in if youre sick and need something other than an annual wellness visit. The only shining star out of this office is Dr. Raymond Zimmerman; hes a great provider and takes time to listen to his patients, plus has excellent bedside manner.

This office is the worst!! I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and waited over an hour!! Staff is rude, canceled and will NEVER go back there!! No wonder their rating is a 1.
