It's hard to give a rating. I want to give 4 stars because even though all the chaos I've endured these past 2 months, I have been able to at least get my medication. But theres just been so many issues, i have to give 3. They allow walk ins, on tops of those who actually make appointments. So even tho you have an appointment for a certain time, they allow those walk Ins to go before you and you just have to wait. My first time seeing the doctor I had an appointment. I waited almost 2 hours past that time before I was seen. Then my second time, apparently the doctor decided to take vacation time last minute, they stated they notified everyone but I received nothing. And this last time, I made an appointment online for 10am, didn't learn til I got there, that they don't start seeing patients till 11am. So why is there an option online starting at 10?? Like I said, even through all the confusion, I have been able to continue my medication, and I've lost 20lbs since I started. So I'm very thankful for that. I just wish they had a better system when it comes to appointments. I take time off of work when I make these appointments. It should not take over 2 hours to be seen. If they can't keep up with, they should stop taking walkins and be by appointment only. It's not fair to those who planned ahead, scheduled their day around this appointment, only to be pushed by the walks ins.

This place is so unprofessional if I could give them zero stars I will. So today I had an appointment at 1:30 that I scheduled online over a week ago. During the waiting process of my appointment I have been receiving text messages and emails about my up and coming appointment and to make sure not to miss the date because I would be charged $50 for a missed appointment. Which is very understandable, so I made sure I was on time 15 minutes early thinking since its my first visit I might have paper work or something. FYI I left work early respecting the fact that I dont want to Waste other people time at this doctors office because if I dont show they could have scheduled someone else. I enter the building first off theres no sign other than the one outside by the street. Inside its stairs and another door to the left of your entrance again no signs to display clinic this way or something. So I decided to go up the stairs I walk in notice no ones in the waiting room, then I notice the lights are off behind the counter, and guess what guys No Sign. So I take a seat thinking to myself maybe they are on lunch and will be back before my 1:30 appointment. Ok its now 1:35 I notice still no one so now I decided to call maybe Ill hear a phone or someone come running realizing they do have a job to do. Ok a very puzzled young lady picks up I explained who I was, my appointment time and where Im currently sitting. She places me on hold, now a young man gets on the phone acting like she just didnt put me on hold and nervously explain my situation to him. So once again I explained my situation, hes confused as while talking about no ones in the office and the online system is currently done. I ask him ok I understand changes was made but its ver unprofessional of the entire staff including the doctors if no one doesnt take the time out and either call, text, email, or Hell send a bird out with a note to inform your clients. Of this up in coming change, then he trying to explain whos in control of the online process and the guy is gone away to school. I mean he talking to me like we friends and telling all this other guy business. Very long story short this first time visit was horrible, unprofessional, and for the time I spent making this review I have watched 5 other patients drive up and waste their gas to find out no ones in the office today. I mean at this point Dr. Alobeid and staff you got to do better. Maybe this message want even effect you but I just hope that in future you have more respect for other peoples time. FYI I will be sharing this story and pictures with my 1.2k followers on Facebook, 1k followers on TikTok, and 1.1k followers on Instagram.. have a nice day

The slowest doctor's office in the world. On March 18th I made an appointment to see the doctor for may 11th, almost two months apart. This office waits until May 2th to tell me that my appointment time is not available anymore for some magical reason and that the next time Won't be until the middle of June. I could have seen someone else. Also not to mention you have to provide all of your personal information before you even go so I don't know what they're gonna do with that but I will be sure to file a complaint with the state.
