Cant fill out paperwork despite given a word for word fmla form, dismissed my partners chest pain, randomly vanishes and decides to close at 2 in the afternoon, cost my partner his job because they think not filling out a doctors note is fine, apparently taking 2 months is their speed, next time my partner has a heart attack were going somewhere else, maybe then well be listened to. Dont go to them unless you absolutely have to.

If I could do the review without selecting any stars I would!! My mom got covid yesterday so when I called her dr office I found out her dr Nantez ( her normal GP who is a nice dr!)was on vacation, and the dr covering for her was Dr. Zack and he wouldn't write my mom a script for the antiviral drug. I even explained to the girls in the front that she has CPOD and will be 85 next month. I later called the office back after hours because my mom seemed to be more congested, Dr Zack called me and when I asked him why he couldn't write her a script he told me to call an ambulance and hung up on me! Real professional isn't he? Absoutley ridiculous!!!

DR PERRY ZACH AND HIS NURSE KIM ARE SUCH AWESOME AND NICE PEOPLE! IT WAS GOOD SEEING HIM AGAIN BUT MISSED KIM. VERY SATISFIED. WHAT IM NOT SATISFIED WITH WAS THE FEMALE OFFICE PERSONNEL WHO WAS NOT ONLY NOT NICE BUT SO RUDE!, I FIND HER BEHAVIOR NOT GOOD. NO SHE HAD NO NAMETAG, BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW SHE ACTED. DON'T KNOW IF SHE HAD HER MORNING COFFEE OR NOT! THE FOUR STARS ARE FOR DR ZACH. ALSO IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THINGS CHANGED WHEN IT COMES TO COMING IN AT A CERTAIN TIME! IF SHE THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GO HOME AND GET MY INSURANCE CARD AND COME BACK, SHE WAS REALLY CRAZY! YES VERY MUCH AWARE OF THE COVID. JMO.
