I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 50 years and dealt with them while working locally and around the world. Whether at any branch in person, by phone or thru emails; I have always had excellent service and support with zero issues. Thank You.

If you want efficient online banking DO NOT bank with this credit union. If you want a good old fashion bank where you have to call or go in for service then this CU would be okay. I, for one, prefer to be able bank online. As an example of what you can't do: 1. Transfer money to an outside institution (unless you "pay" yourself with a zelle like service (MSCU doesn't have Zelle) and that is limited to $500 and doesn't work a majority of the time. 2. If you have both joint and personal accounts you aren't able to see both on your private account. 3. The emailing option is worthless as you get half answers with no option to respond. Calling on the phone isn't much better. I could write more but don't have the time or energy. Bottom line is that I don't recommend this credit union.

Best credit union ever! Customer service is amazing! They tend to all your banking needs! I would never go anywhere else!!!
