        Low-key hidden gem out here! Everything was super nice, clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Pool is a big plus! Alice the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be staying here every time we visit in the future because of her!

        We had the suit and it was great. Everything is new, clean, and very comfortable. It was a suit, so very roomy , so I can't address other rooms, but suspect they are also great. The price to value is a solid 5/5, for the hotel class. The room has a fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, and astonishingly nice showers with all soaps, lotions, and potions in handy, but secured pumps. The bed was super comfy, had nice pillows, and the ac/heat was easily managed to comfort. At the check in, there are basic snack and drink options, a pool (I never checked out), and a coffee bar with all the amenities. Again, price to value ratio is 5/5. I'd absolutely stay again. Rooms: Great comfort for price. Safety: Very safe feel.

        This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Dirty/stained sheets, pool closed, rude and unfriendly staff, and broken fixtures in the bathroom. CREEPY.

        Terrible customer service, the Management is clueless about reservations, we made a reservation 6-months ago and then they tell us later we were over-booked. This is not the first time this hotel has done this, they sell your room the highest person who will buy the room and cancel it. I would never book with them again as they dont know the concept of a reservation and you are the ones left looking for a hotel. Never trust them and never stay here - just terrible!!!!

        Hotel was fine. Floors have no sound insulation. Or there just happened to be elephants above us. Even the doors I noticed had big gaps at the jambs letting sound in.

Your "review" is blatant slander and harassment. If you ever do want to stay at the hotel you will be denied and asked to find other accommodations. Have a great night.
