Brought my truck in on a scheduled appt on Monday for an extended warranty item, truck was not worked on till the following Friday, never received an update during the week, I had to keep calling to get an update, truck came back with damage on the component they worked on and damage to the leaf spring attach bracket, contacted service manger he said the techs were proud they they leave no trace they were there after doing their work, well if leaving damage makes you proud I dont understand. He only apologized. If you like work not being performed when promised, your vehicle coming back damaged and constantly having to contact them to get updates (even after they promised to call you) then go there. Just to add in the past they worked on my Taurus and damaged it, at least they replaced the parts they damaged, you think would have learned

After searching for weeks for a new vehicle I stumbled upon Madison Ford. Let me say it was the most pleasant experience me and my wife have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We worked with Jesse. He was accommodating, patient, and got us into a new Explorer with a monthly payment below what we were asking for! Needless to say the wife was very pleased. We will continue going there whenever we need something new down the road as long as we get to work with Jesse. Ya know what they say happy wife happy life and I thank you for that Jesse
