Dealer only cares baout themselves and definately not the potential customer. Tried buying a car over a 2 day period as I am 2.5 hours away easy with traffic. I was told policy is they do not take deposits to hold cars. No dounbt no consideration to me having to drive 2.5 hrs each way to buy car and then go back 3 hours each way next night to bring wife with to drive 1 home . Offered to wire $5k to hold for 1 day - no we will not do that for you because "I" have been burned by that before. So now I am being judged because of previous potential buyer issues. REALLY!! I gambled and of course they sold the car that night. Only bright spot was Jeff the sales guy. I even tried emailing Denny Webb - Used Car Director and no response or help. Guessing living off the family name and doesn't care. Bought a car today in Cleveland and wow what a difference - took wire transfer did paperwork and will be picking up when I am ready. Thats how you run a car dealership. Side note: Daughter has a 2019 Ford Fiesta we bought her new and going to be trading in a new Ford Escape. Guess what Ford Dealer we are not buying it from??
