        Watch out working for this woman,she doesn't pay the people that works for her.they make promises and then backs out.Her brother in law and myself worked on a house for 34 hrs. which she tried to find someone to do it for two weeks,left her tenants without facility. We came in rushed the job and gotta be it done in three days.payed for all the fuel food and gas ,I made three hundred dollars.

        The customer service staff is very rude, too rude. Apparently he should have better treatment with people. My mother went and the truth is without commenting on the treatment.

        Davon is very rude and unreliable. Everything she asked for I provided and it was always something else. She would say things then deny it. I had the messages to prove she wasn't telling the truth. That only made her mad. She strung me along for months. As an apt manager and storage unit owner she is very unprofessional. I'm actually happy that it ended up not working out. Because I saw with my own eyes broken windows and completely clogged drains she left unfixed for months. No one deserves that. Esp if they pay their rent. I hate to leave a bad review. but unfortunately the truth is the truth. Lie, lie and more lies... Yeah people become upset after being led on for months. You are very unprofessional. I really should post all of our communication to show you're a liar. I love how you try to come back at me with what you said knowing the truth. You're funny

      Bill, it is unfortunate you feel the need to post this negative review for work you were not directly hired for, but instead brought along as a "helper". My brother-in-law was asked to do work for one of my clients and was initially offered an amount for the job. He came to look at the work prior to doing it and let me know at that time that he would be bringing a helper. I told him I would pay him more since he would need a helper. He did not ask for more money, but I offered anyway...knowing that HE would pay to his helper some portion of the total money paid to him for the work. When the work was completed, I asked my brother-in-law how much total he wanted paid for the work. I paid him exactly the amount he asked for. I did NOT ask or tell him to take less. The agreement to do the work was between me (on behalf of my client) and my brother-in-law, not you. Any disputes regarding what my brother-in-law paid you, needs to be addressed with him. I do not know you personally and l have not dealt with you directly, but you have continually harassed me through various communications (texts, emails, etc) with threats regarding what you think "I" owe you personally and what you plan to do to collect. And from what I've been told, you have spoke about going back to the property to talk to one of the tenants to continue your campaign to denigrate me / my company. If you continue to harrass me or go back on the property, unfortunately l will report you to the authorities and take any other legal action necessary.

      Hi Cassie. It is unfortunate that you feel the way that you do. You & your co-applicants rental app were declined, you became belligerent because of this, and your review (which has many untruths) is an unfortunate backlask of your declined apps. As I said though in my last communication with you on July 16th, 2022...I do wish you well!
