Beware if you ever have to deal with Kim Woolard. Waits until the very last minute to respond to offers, it’s very obvious how little experience she has. We found out later she was the listing agent for the property owned by her husband. They were completely unrealistic regarding price. When we finally got to closing, they were supposed to provide us with keys to the property and a check for negotiated repairs. Nope, didn’t happen. She was at Disneyland. No respect for the other parties. Thank Goodness our realtor was able to fix every mistake she made.

I was so impressed with Beth Richardson and how she handled the entire home search process, and how she fixed all of the minor problems that arise when buying a new home. It was easy to trust her when she produced such consistent high quality results. I will be recommending her to everyone I know looking to buy a new home.
