Bad service. Rude lady in front at window. Parks cars way too close, I couldnt even open my door.

I don't even want to give this 1 star... I am appalled at the unethical, illegal, and threatening "service" this "business" provides. A little back story to what took place, our vehicle was towed at 4:30am 15 miles away from this business to tow on Thanksgiving weekend. It was a Saturday, and we live in Indianapolis. It was towed due to expired registration which was paid for and renewed at the time of realizing they were expired (by a couple weeks). Despite having paid for registration, the vehicle was still towed to this shady location which was a choice by the officer that decided to have it towed. I had to leave my house at 5:30am to drive all the way to Lafayette to retrieve the vehicle since it was perfectly fine to be driving in the first place. When we arrive to the towing company, after calling 2 hours prior to inform the business we would be picking the vehicle up, no one was there. We call the number that is on the side of what looks like a trailer and the person who answers tells us we would have to wait another hour for someone to wake up and get there. By this point it is 8am, we wait until 8:50am when a man fly's into the parking lot with a different tow truck. He gets out of his vehicle and stares at our car with the most disgusted look. We get out of the vehicle with my newborn son, his dad and myself and go to the window where we proceeded to try to get a word out but was rudely interrupted by this man who started screaming profanity. I tried saying "Why are you yelling at us" & he began screaming back at us saying we would be paying $420 or we could come back on Monday to retrieve the vehicle and that he is charging us extra because he had to wake up and get the car @4:30am and I proceeded to say I also had to drive my newborn here in the middle of the night, he starts screaming again. The vehicle had been at their lot for 3 hours total and shouldn't have been towed in the first place. They wanted us to pay in all cash which seems sketch and obviously is not being taxed. He kept screaming, you will pay the $420 because that's what I said it would be or you can leave and come back... at this point, he is dropping so many F bombs that I think he is about to get physical so I back up and we give him his money and we go retrieve our Lexus that is in the back of a tow junk yard parked through mud and what have you. We proceed to leave and the man gets in his tow truck and follows us down the road to where I believe the direction of his home is at but as we turn a different direction, this man starts waving our money out of his window at us and drives off. Absolutely unethical in every form and highly illegal business they have going on there. They also have confederate flag on their business and they scream racism all over their business. The break down for the charges on a 3 hour tow as followed: $125 for tow $100 for miles ($5 a mile) After Hours Tow Fee $65 Weekend Tow Fee $60 Administration Fee: $70.... After looking at Indiana Codes for Towing, this isn't even legal to charge these rates!!!
