        Delivered food and I was appalled , I was in there for less than 10 minutes and seen and smelled all I needed too. Smelled like pee and poop there should be no reason for this and I feel sorry for the patients that are there and are spending money and are trying to get the help they need and deserve ! This is not the place to do it ! I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place . Went into the room to drop off the food and it was even worse the ladies in there looked like they needed help and no one was checking on them or helping any of the people through the halls in the wheel chair. * wasnt able to leave zero stars *

        This place is horrid. 40 minutes to answer a call light. Someone answers, says they'll take care of it, and then they disappear for an hour. Or, someone else comes and starts the process all over. Place is dirty looking. Lack necessary meds/equipment to properly yeah patients. Hate your parents? Send them to this hell hole.

        This is the worst facility in Indiana, please do not put any of your family members or friends in this place, they don't take care of the residents, the Nurses and CNA's are lazy and they need to be shut down
