Management is very bias and inexperienced and is sleeping with its subordinates. Place is falling apart. My mom fell and it wasn't reported for almost a week. They didn't have a nurse or Q on night shift for safety. They only treat certain employees with respect. The facility is falling apart from floods, to broken cabinets and sewer smells

Absolutely loved working for the residents but the work culture is very toxic makes it harder to do you job with little to no support from the superiors. I contacted the director, and corporate with no response and nothing was EVER done. I felt unwanted and uncomfortable and let the director, corporate HR and the D.O.N. know this just to be retaliated against. I don't believe anyone is going to do anything.

Bickford is an outstanding facility, and my family and I are very pleased with the care my mother receives there. It is a tough decision to move someone you care about, and the staff at Bickford makes it easier. Lori and Mashell do an excellent job of forming a family relationship amongst the residents. Another key factor in making your family member feel at home is Bickford's willingness to accept pets. I highly recommend Bickford Memory Care of Lafayette, Indiana.
