Lived here for nearly a year. The apartments are beautiful but the heating bills are outrageous. You'll pay more here for a 1 bedroom apartment than anywhere in Lafayette. Ever since I turned on the heat in the apartment my electric bills have soared to over $275/month. It's absurd. I've never paid anywhere near that at any other apartment I've ever lived in. The issue is mostly the furnace. Management doesn't see it as a problem but it is. Don't get me wrong, management is polite, nice, and professional about almost anything else, but with this they've been mostly unhelpful.
