    My wife and I lived in the duplexes (2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage) for 2.5 years. It was a good experience overall. Positives: safe, quiet, high ceilings, proximity to groceries, pretty nice fitness center Maintenance: We had AC problems multiple times and the maintenance crew was on premise within 24 hours. Utilities: for the budgeting purposes of others, the gas (hot water + heat) and Lebanon utilities (water, trash, electricity, sewer) were as follows for the year of 2019: Winter: gas - $55, Lebanon utilities - $86 Summer: gas - $26, Lebanon utilities - $104 Rent: 2019: $979, 2020: $1019 (+4%), 2021: $1059 (+4%). The rent increase was always lower than the price advertised on their website, which is comforting. Management: I found them to be overall friendly and accommodating. Be aware that the rules are pretty rigid (parking, fitness center and pool hours, rent payment timing, etc.) and they frequently send all capital emails with reminders of these things. My recommendation is not to take offense to the emails. Crickets: the crickets invade in late September every year. They hide in the baseboards and chirp all night. If you are a light sleeper, this will drive you to the brink of insanity. Solution: on September 1 every year sprinkle “Niban Granular Bait” in a 3 foot perimeter around the outside of the duplex then spray the perimeter (in and outside) with “Ortho Home Defense”. This may be overkill but we implemented this the second year and never woke up to a single cricket (although, many crickets still came in and subsequently died)
