Had a terrible experience with an agent. I didnt clearly understand a document I signed and was on the hook for a significant amount of money. I was told this less than 48 hours prior to closing. The agent wanted to speak about it and wanted to lecture me on how Im blaming them and stated its my fault I didnt understand. No accountability for not clearly explaining so I didnt get blindsided by the additional charge. Then to put salt in the wound I receive a mailer stating the house sold and another happy client. What a joke. Throwing a lengthy tenure of a so called positive reputation in someones face is irrelevant to a real time issue. This agent clearly told the sellers agent the situation because he stormed into the title company like I did something wrong to him. I cant control that the seller didnt provide invoices on time. Questionable professionalism and a lack of client/agent confidentiality. Be careful who you use, no solution presentedjust another greedy agent.
