Ive had a wonderful experience with CRM Properties, special thanks to Jennelle Glassburn who has helped me through my application and approval process. She was very prompt on her responses and very kind. Ive had unpleasant experience before with other property managers in the area and I was so relieved to finally find someone kind and helpful in the process of finding my new home. I had a situation where I was not aware of a mandatory Section 8 inspection until the last minute due to factors outside of CRM's control. Once notified of the urgent situation, CRM took immediate action to ensure the appropriate repairs were performed and to schedule the re-inspection. They kept me updated during the entire process. Not only did CRM finish the repairs well in advance of the re-inspection, they were also significantly under budget. A sincere thank you and special recognition to Heather Johnson and the CRM Blue Team for their incredible work and professionalism!
