        The Lofts are centrally located downtown Kokomo. Easy access to the new YMCA, local restaurants as well as stores. Jack rabbits ballpark two blocks away with games all summer, Kokomo beach within walking distance, live bands in the park all summer long on weekends. Great environment!

        Very nice, well appointed apartments. Property management (and manager, Brian) is very respectful of resident privacy and great about communicating when maintenance might need access to the apartments (usually giving notice a week in advance).
