        I have been with Chase bank for all of my banking years. Im 73. Ive never had a bad experience. Some of the tellers have been there forever too. New branch manager Tony Hernandez is so helpful and approachable and Matt with JP Morgan is a gem. Dont know how the branch is only a 3.8 rating. Its always been a 5 for me!

        Not a soul was being helped, yet they turned us away to come back at another time. The two at the front desk were chatting and having breakfast when we walked in. Guess catching up and eating is more important than customer service.
