We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our winter wedding. Rich was an absolute joy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect in every way. My only complaint would be that I received multiple messages from "Beth" who I never actually met. However, Rich's services more than covered for this. He treated us like family and was a huge part in contributing to our perfect day!

This place is purely gorgeous! Beth and Rich, along with their team go above and beyond! Everyone at Ivory Foundry is so welcoming. The vision my wife and I had for our wedding was brought to life! Our wedding was literally perfect. We had Sarah as our day of coordinator and she was the real MVP of the day!! She made the day flow so smoothly. I highly recommend booking Ivory Foundry not only for your wedding but any event! They are absolutely worth it! The kindest people. Thank you Ivory Foundry for making our wedding thee most perfect day!

Touring wedding venues and this happened to fall on our laps through a Facebook connection and its literally perfect for anyone looking to have a smaller wedding sans all the bells and whistles. Also, their all inclusive package sounds outstanding - everything from parking attendant to catering vendor, bartender, and DJ. Mitch (part owner) and his wife Beth are simply amazing - down to earth, kind, genuine, and open to any all questions. And theyve been in the business (in some shape or fashion) for many years. Definitely one of our top choices!

We had a 50-person, all-inclusive micro-wedding at Ivory Foundry back in November '23 and we couldnt be happier with how our day turned out! Beth & Rich were phenomenal to work with! PROS: 1. Comprehensive Package: Ivory Foundry takes care of every detail without making it feel like you're compromising quality. You share a Pinterest board with them, and they send back a PDF of their suggested arch, napkins, table decor, etc. that matches your Pinterest. From there you can tweak whatever youd like! 2. Delicious BBQ: With the micro-wedding package, you get 3 food choices: pasta bar, taco bar, or BBQ. We selected the BBQ option and were THRILLED with the food. Our guests are still raving about it! (City Barbecue is their caterer) 3. Sweet Treats: A small cake is provided for the couple and there are cupcakes for the guests. Both catered by Classic Cakes in Carmel. We went with classic chocolate and vanilla flavors which were delicious but they so give you the option to upgrade to different flavors or fillings, if you'd like. 4. Day-Of Support: Ivory Foundry takes care of setup, tear down, provides alcohol and bartenders, acts as both a day-of coordinator and DJ. Plus they provide a separate photographer. Their all-inclusive package TRULY covers every aspect of the wedding. Mixed Pro & Con: The owners, Beth & Rich, are super hands on. Youll be working with them directly. Theyre very flexible and super fun to work with! Youll leave wanting to be their friend! That said, their business is still pretty new. We toured in early Feb 2023, took a couple weeks to make our decision, and then by the time we reached back out, the micro-wedding package they were offering changed a bit. Similarly, Beth & Rich are lifelong photographers so I was really excited to have Beth as our day-of photographer. But a few weeks out from our wedding, we got an email introducing us to a different photographer they contracted for the day. Dont get me wrong, our photos still turned out phenomenal! But I think its a good example of the growing pains you might experience along the way just as they figure things out. Of course the flip-side is, bigger/established venues might have some more processes figured out, but they will rarely have the flexibility that Ivory offers. Beth let me set up a tripod with my own personal DSLR camera to record the ceremony for my husbands grandma who could not make it in-person. Most places wouldnt be cool with something like that. So its definitely a balance! CONS: 1. Rehearsal Costs Extra: A rehearsal is not included in the micro-wedding package but can be added for and additional $250/hr charge. Since we had a young ring bearer and flower girl, that was something important to us, so we paid to add it. 2. Bubble Exit: We also paid extra to add a bubble exit. I dont really think it was worth it. The pictures didnt turn out the best and it felt a little awkward since we did it coming out of the ceremony into the reception. 3. New Suites: The brand-new getting ready suites lacked a few conveniences, such as a full-length mirror in the bridal bathroom, a hook to hang your dress in the bathroom, and small things like tissues or paper towels. (Minor things, but worth noting!) Overall, HIGHLY Recommended: We wholeheartedly recommend Ivory Foundry for those seeking an intimate and stress-free micro-wedding experience. Despite a few minor things mentioned here, the overall execution exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our day so special, Beth & Rich!
