Had a wonderful stay here during the recent Eclipse. Greeted to a very warm welcome and even received a free pair of eclipse glasses! All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is centrally located. The water pressure was somewhat lacking but that didnt detract from our stay. The fitness suite is large, modern and well equipped. An excellent hotel!

The hotel is nice and the rooms are very clean. Although, despite choosing the option on my reservation, I had to remind the front desk three different times that my room required cleaning (once after my first night and twice after second night). As far as the food at the hotel goes, it is below average and the service is even worse. I ordered a margarita pizza at the hotel restaurant and was assured by the waitress that the cheese is fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese. When it came out, it was regular mozzarella cheese and it did not even have fresh basil. The next night I figured I would try the pizza from The Market at the hotel and it was even worse. I asked for a pizza without cheese and with sauce, fresh basil and fresh roasted red peppers. What I got was a pizza shell with no sauce, hot peppers and arugula. How can a supposed 4-star hotel not even understand how to make a basic pizza request?
