I cant say enough about the Dr. She is amazing! I lost my African Grey a couple weeks ago and she was so caring and Compassionate about her Animals and their families!! Thank you for all your care with Regal!! He is truly missed after 41+ years with the family!! Would highly recommend this practice!!

The best vet experience I have had. The first time I went was for an emergent issue, and they were able to get my rabbit in on a Saturday morning the same day. I credit them with saving her life. It required a procedure with anesthesia and observation for two days, and I was honestly shocked by the bill they presented me with as I was expecting it to be 3x higher. They have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every time I have brought her. They can have poor communication (a few times I haven't received phone calls when they said they would), but I believe it is because they are sometimes short-staffed and prioritize animal care over everything else, so I am OK with that. I would rather have a vet who uses their time to squeeze in an urgent visit than a vet who immediately calls me to tell me that everything is fine.

I have chinchillas. I LOVE all wild things. They are always super helpful with advising on what to do or not to do with whatever the condition the chinchilla is in. They are super friendly and show they care for your baby as you would. A downfall is they don't allow you in the building/exam room. I do NOT like this as I look at my fur babies like children and given my poor experience at previous vets I am uncomfortable not being present. The parking lot is horrid as well. It is extremely small and doesn't leave much room to navigate in especially if there is more than one other car in the lot at the same time you are. The entrance/exit is sketchy and is tiny and crazily damaged. I used to take my fur babies to avian exotics due to it being the exotic vet closest to my home. I lost two chinchillas at that clinic due to misdiagnosis and negligence. Oh, they also mis gendered a fully grown chinchilla which is a hard thing to do. LOVE ALL WILD THINGS! your babies will definitely be in the best hands here.

I visited All Things Wild yesterday because my Guinea pig was having emergency respiratory issues and they are one of two exotic animal hospitals anywhere near me. We arrived near opening and attempted to knock but received no answer so we called the number listed online to see if anyone was there/available. The woman I spoke to on the phone said that she didnt know if anyone was there and that there is usually someone hare by 8:30, when they are open at 8am. She informed me that since my Guinea pig was not a current patient that the on call doctor would be unable to see us and asked if wed like to leave or message or just call back later. I left a message and was told that a fax would be sent over immediately and Id get a call back. That call came 2 hours later after we decided to drive to a much better and more compassionate exotic animal hospital, Avian and Exotic Animal Clinic. Overall, just a rude and disheartening experience when youre trying to get care for a potentially life threatening issue.
