Do NOT take your pets here!! We took our 8 year old cat in because he had an ear hematoma. They told us it originated from him scratching & shaking his head due to ear mites. They drained the ear hematoma and gave him a steroid in office. A week or so passes and his ear filled up. We took him back, they drained his ear again and sent us home with a liquid steroid. Within seconds of him being home, the ear filled up again. The liquid steroid damn near killed him!! He stopped eating, drinking, using the litter box and wouldnt come out from under the bed. There were multiple occasions when I called that the receptionist was incredibly rude. In fact, when I called and asked for his records so I could take him somewhere else, the receptionist huffed in my ear and was very frustrated. We took him to the new vet today, had a test done to determine if he still had ear mites. Come to find out, he never had ear mites in the first place. He has had a double ear yeast infection that has spread through the ear canal. We are finally on the right path to getting him the relief he should have gotten almost a month ago! We have had issues with this veterinary clinic before years ago but thought that maybe after so many years, it would have gotten better. 10/10 dont recommend!! If I could put 0 stars, I would.
