I will not never in my entire life go through them again to get a car because I didn't know that they didn't report it to the credit people after you pay your so now my credit has nothing on it it's not even showing that the car I got from them is paid off I would've got a car for them they get a zero for me/ a down

If I could give zero stars after dealing with them for a few years I would. I got a 2011 dodge journey, upon purchasing I was told the whole coolant system had just been replaced, I had it back in their shop 3 times for a coolant leak. Every time fixing something different. Ken calling me the last time stating they found the issue and I wouldnt Be charged since they were at fault for not finding it. Their service department stopped returning my calls. I had my husband call up to be told to call the lot number and speak to Leroy and hung up on him. We decided to just pop up to figure out the deal with my car. They told me I would have to pay $3,800 to put a new motor in it instead because its just easier and cheaper at this point. After being told I wouldnt be charged for something that they missed. The owner Matt Goings was suppose to call so we could speak to him about the entire situation. But low and behold he never called. They are out to get money from anyone and everyone not ever caring what kind of upside down mess they put people in.

These people are predators!!!! My daughter, 19 knows nothing about contracts but was eager to buy a car. She was told that her taxes were due 3 weeks later vs. 2, her car was repoed on the 2nd week. The salesman (Brian) admitted that he said it but because it wasn't changed on the contract he couldn't help. The manager Jay Arnold basically said since she signed it didn't matter. Even though I have Brian recorded they aren't budging on the amount. Very unethical. Brian lied and took advantage Jay Arnold didn't budge, unethical Ken said he called BOTH owners, they didn't budge Becky (owner) said she didn't care because they are covered on the legal side. This company is FULL of IT and they preyed on a 19 year old.

Had a few cars from them had issues they where always willing to fix. 3 years ago a few months after I purched a car it started running funny no big deal they always fix it. Had the car towed there found out needed an engine well I saved money while they looked. Had the money still making payments for months while they looked. Attempted to have it moved but was told they had it pulled apart off sire for repair. Couldn't get my belongings for months this went on. I was eventually told I didn't need to keep calling they would call me when they had it fixed. I tried getting updated but never got a response. I eventually stopped paying for a car they refused to fix Orr return to me. Never heard a word from them for years and today I get a collections notice that's fine court will be fun explaining how you expect someone to pay 15j for a car worth 5k I paid for months while you had possession and refused to allow me to move to get repaired elsewhere.
