We bought a 2008 Chrysler from these people during covid era and they straight up ripped us off. A 5,000 dollar van ultimately will end up to be 16,000 thats not the best part It only ran a year and has been to multiple shops to tell us they cant find out why its misfiring. 1000s of dollars later still dont run. Still have another year to pay for a vehicle that is completely worthless.

I went to the southside location and immediately found what I was looking for. The two gentle men working was very nice and friendly!!!!! Made us feel very welcomed and just like we was in the perfect spot...I found Joes on line and read the reviews my self and not all them was not great but I can kind of figure out why they was not good . But I went with my gut feeling and went on up there and found what we loved. Thanks for all the help and the info. I very happy we picked Joes!!!! Just let me state I do not normally leave reviews ,but I just wanted to because they was so helpful and have very great vehicles!!!! If you're looking for a great running car I would say this is the place too go!!!!!! Also fast and easy , just make sure you have all you're paperwork and everything you need and they will get you on the road!!!!!

The guys here were excellent. From the time I walked in to the time I drove off. The service here was perfect. Paperwork was quick and easy. We had good laughs throughout the entire time. Made a lot of jokes. 10/10 I highly recommend.
