I went to the Torrid in Castleton Square Mall to pick up an order. I had never been to this location and the staff was wonderful and the store very nice!

First and foremost, Sarah, she is phenomenal, professional, and doesn't make you uncomfortable whenever you're asking questions about whatever product!
