      image I went in there with two difficult items to carry. The two ladies that were working were not helpful at all and told me I needed to go find my own packaging because they had nothing that would fit. They didnt even try to help. I did end up having to go and buy my own packaging, but when I went to a different UPS store, the man that worked there was extremely helpful, and even helped me carry my item in.

      image Had a great experience thanks to Dorrian. He was very patient as I got all the right codes together for my four returns. And then help me find the most economical way to ship them back to sender as I had to pay for packing!! He went above and beyond to help and have a great attitude!! Thats very much appreciated these days !
