UPS Customer Center

Marked my package as delivered, package was not delivered. I filed a claim, and after maybe two days they say they can't find my package. I don't know if they even tried.

Horrible costumer service!! They also lied about delivering my package despite me being home all day to wait to receive and sign off. Then I went to the costumer service center and they were closed twice, without updating their service hours! I will avoid using them again indefinitely.

Says it closes at 6pm..why are they locked up and shut down at 330pm ? With other locations on door like they are out of business..we need service

The Supervisor was so rude to me today!!! I said nothing rude at all it was like he was on drugs!! I showed him my QR code for the return shipping he said it wasnt working that he needed two QR codes I said no sir you just need this one. He even yelled at me and told me to stand to the side why help another customer in which they were white, he was nice as the presidents butler but extremely rude to me!!! I will go all the way across town to another store or better yet I am never using UPS again!!! I even asked another clerk and he told me I was going to wait for him!!! He told me I could leave if I wanted too I could have kicked his teeth out his mouth!!!!

Friendly staff. They directed me to the back where my customer was located to deliver a dumpster from Really Good Dumpsters
