I had a great experience at IPL Rehab Center. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone in need of rehab treatment.

The only reason it gets one star is because I can't give it a quarter star. The pics they have on there are not the Duvall ceded I'm at.

My own current experience is Duvall has Transitioned from a Residential Facility to an Inmate Facility...All Residents are treated like inmates and the Rehabilitation part is non-existent ....Duvall has stripped everything in place to accommodate lower level residents to help them Thrive...coffee,commasry is on Dayshift is dead,pay phones ,laundry, hygeine,...the little things that really help yfm.....less then 100 residents and we can't even have a better Mat or even an extra one it's hard too work 12hrs a day and go back too DUVALL and get rest on a Metal Bunk!!!!

I am not a resident, but a parent. From my experience, the front desk attendant, Alazar is extremely nice and helpful. My son has also stated the same thing concerning his interaction with him. My son has actually said he feels everyone is very accomodating and nice except for the CA or CO's who have to accompany him to the restroom while he is in the 2 week segragation due to Covid. Hey, when you gotta go you gotta go!
