The staff at Community Rehab Hospital North was wonderful in taking care of my brother. Dr Aitken, Bennie (PT) Jill (dietician), Vicki (SLP), Wayne (RN), and Noor (OT) plus lots of others were caring and professional. You guys do great work and make a huge difference in families and patients lives!!

Excellent PT & OT staff as well as the nursing staff. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The options for meals are good.

Community North Rehabilitation Hospital is fantastic in many ways but the staff is greatly responsible for the successes. My mother suffered a stroke and was brought to Community North Rehabilitation Hospital and soon afterwards was thriving. She was making progress daily. After being discharged due to insurance guidelines, I chose a healthcare facility that offered rehab. It was a joke. Mom declined rather than continuing to improve. We looked into returning to Community North Hospital and she was able to come back. My mother is again thriving! I didnt have to worry if she was receiving quality care because I know she was and we have been here before.. Mom is walking and is yet improving with using her affected arm/hand. Her pain has been managed which allows her to do more in Therapy. Community North Rehabilitation Hospital has top notch Therapist that will push their patients to reach goals but they genuinely care. I am grateful for the support and care and the knowledge that both my mother and I have been given. I am extremely grateful to all of the staff from the front desk to the dietary staff ; to housekeeping. Thanks to the techs and the nurses. Thank you Admittance Liason Sheila. Sincerely, A. Lane

I have been a patient here since the 19th of Dec. I am being discharged today and I can't wait. Mostly because i miss home but truthfully I don't want to be at a place where they are responsible for my call light and they simply turn it off. This occurred late Tues night early Wed morning, around 5:20am. 3 times in a row my call light was turned off. I needed to be unhooked from a certain machine to go to the restroom. By the 4th ring my tech who had been busy was coming by and she saw who it was but wouldn't tell me who the person was. Fast forward to today, Friday the 29th of Dec. this time it was just after the person came to check my blood sugar. I waited for a good 5 mins to see if my finger would stop bleeding but it wouldn't. So I range the bell just to see if i could get a bandaid. No response. I carefully rolled my wheelchair to the door and to my surprise I see 3 nurses sitting outside my door. including my own, right at my door. This is a care business. If you don't have the heart to be aware of someone in need and at your mercy to help, then maybe this isn't the field choice for you.
