        Since the new owners have taken over, we have the worst maintenance and management ever. For instance our laundromat here needs to be remodeled and washers and dryers need to be replaced but instead last year they could afford a gas grill put out behind the laundry mat. Floors are falling apart cabinets are falling apart and when they say they're going to come back and fix something for you well it's been a year for me. The property itself looks like nothing but trash lives here. If I could move I would because these new owners are doing nothing about it only taken care of Williamsburg. I would never recommend anybody to live here that's how bad it is now.
