I recently applied for a home with RPM. And was approved Prior to my move in within 10 hours. I went a say before and parked my car I n the driveway. To naje my morning move smooth. That day I received a call from Annette regarding my car. I informed her what my car was and asked was there a problem she stated no. To make the story short I pulled to the house anyways to check on my car. I didn't attempt to move it. But I asked the maintenance guy dud I need to move NY car as well and he said no. He fave ne the code and a key but I refused. BecausevI was informed I would obtain on my move in day. My phone had went dead after leaving the property. I asked the maintenance man to contact her to inform her my phone was dead. So the next thing I know I was sent a text. My lease was revoked for no reason. I don't know what the maintenance guy informed her tobreboke my lease for ne to m I ve in the next day! This issue caused alit of medical issues with me and financial burdens. SMH Don't see or know how they can do people like this!!

I have the same story as the many others who made the unfortunate decision to apply with this scam company before reading the reviews. They will indeed take your application fee ($75 PER APPLICANT) and then refuse to speak to you. When my husband and I applied, we each received a confirmation that our application fees had been paid, but never any communication that RPM had received our actual applications. Then I got a notification from the third-party service Rently that the house was now unavailable to tour. Still nothing from RPM. Ever. Not even an automated message about the property going off the market. I repeatedly tried to contact them, but it's impossible. No matter which option you select on their phone tree, it hangs up on you. They will not return emails or messages sent through their "Contact Us" option on their website. This place is either a scam or completely incompetent. Either way, don't waste your time or money dealing with them. I highly suggest to others who have been scammed by this company to fill out a report with the Better Business Bureau or FTC. It's a simple process and can help stop these criminals from exploiting people that are desperate to rent in these uncertain times. UPDATE: After going through the BBB, I finally got a response from RPM. Their solution? Dispute the charge with your bank, because they are not capable of issuing refunds. What kind of business doesn't have the capability to issue a refund? If they're truly so incompetent that they can't reverse a charge, can they not mail a paper check? I told them I can only dispute fraudulent activity with my bank and asked if that meant they were admitting that they committed fraud? I take the silence that I've since received as an affirmative.

I have a property with them and money in their account and I cannot get a hold of them for over a week! No one answers the calls or returns my calls. The doors are locked during business hours! Does anyone else have this issue? Maybe you should try calling if you're a client.

I submitted an application and paid the $75 fee. I never had an application processed and no one has returned my calls. The property is still listed as for rent two weeks later.
