The front desk Clerk "Kym W." was terrible! She was Rude, Disrespectful, and Extremely Unprofessional!! Thankfully I sent an email regarding my bad experience and was contacted by Managers. They provided me with perfect service. I hope my experience is better next time.

Been in there twice to confirm address change. Stood there for 30 mins both times and didn't see a single worker so I just walked out.

This branch will close their doors prior to posted closing time. If you show up within 30 minutes of close dont be surprised if the door is already locked

There is a good change your bills will be delivered to the wrong house, repeated, FOR YEARS ON END. There is also a chance that something that SHOULD NOT BE FOLDED will be folded in half and creased before being crammed into the mailbox. Years of complaints have done nothing, nothing will change, just know that if your mail is being delivered from here, there is a good chance it could be damaged by the person delivering your mail. Thank fux this was something other than a diploma. I can't WAIT to see him tomorrow.

I had a terrible experience with this location and had to escalate my situation twice. My mail was either returned or withheld despite not putting in a change of address and my name being on the mailbox. The woman mail carrier is rude and will ignore you playing music. I advised the manager and he advised me she isnt obligated to speak to us and that he basically did me a favor of returning my mail. I have lost my ssn and id with the mail errors. When escalated a rep put in a request to resolve and things were going ok and then it all went back to not receiving mail.
