This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't think it's the employees' faults. I think that they are incredibly understaffed and mismanaged. Often the pharmacy will text to say a med is ready and when I get there, it's not ready. Then they ask me to come back at a particular time and it's still not ready. They have lied to me about not having the prescription from my prescriber. After contacting the prescriber, I come to find out that they have had the script for 2 days. I complained to the manager, who is young enough to be my son. He was patronizing and called me sweetie. I will never go there again.

Literally put in a prescription refill to my Dr for my blood pressure medicine a few days ago, also I'm pregnant. Went up there today to see if anything was ready and the pharmacy is now apparently closed down temporarily. No call , or automated calls to let customers know of their shut down. It's just ridiculous at this point.
