Kroger Pharmacy

Constantly late having refill prescriptions ready and never have new ones ready in a timely manner. The lines are ridiculously long on a daily basis.

I hope management see this, I was with my girlfriend and we were buying groceries. We were being stalked by a security guard. 5 times we were watching him follow us around, he even awaited us at the end of the store. I did not feel safe and I felt for the first time I was stalked, I have and make money but there is no need for someone to follow me for the first instinct, I’ve never felt so violated at a store.

I’ve had couple experiences that weren’t the best of service, but if you get a chance to meet Addison he’s super helpful and polite. Rest assured he has the patience and the know how to find a solution, budget or answer to your prescription needs. Give this guy a raise!

I am super disappointed with this pharmacy. I go here because it’s close to my house and convenient when I shop at Kroger the same day. They never have my “auto fill” prescription ready and every month they tell me “oh I’ll add that in manually”. I’ve heard that line probably 4 months straight. I honestly don’t know where else to go but I’m about to give up. They are always a chaotic mess and you wait forever in line. I don’t understand why it takes so long every single time. I also have to call one of my scripts in early (one that’s supposed to be auto filled) because they always tell me oh we don’t have any on hand. They need to get it together. Apart from the long waits they are super unorganized and shouldn’t be out of medications that are needed and on auto refill. I shouldn’t have to remind them to order my medicine.
