Bell Flower Clinic

I was a walk up, and I was in and out really quickly. I was skeptical due to the reviews, and decided to give it a shot. I needed some bloodwork as a requirement, and I had a beautiful experience. Charles was my caretaker, and he not only was amazing, but extremely courteous and kind to accommodate my needs. I do not do well with needles, and he treated me like a parent treats a wounded childwith compassion and care. Thank you, I learned from you. Place is clean, not loud, and everyone seemed to be doing their jobs.

This is a good place, they have always treated me excellently, everyone there is very good and I am satisfied with the results.

They were supposed to be open till 12, I was just turned away at the door

Calling Daily for three days after waiting a week now on day ten for results and getting a ringing phone with no answer is unacceptable.

My experience is that they have no urgency, i went at one pm and it wasn't busy but I was still waiting for 50 minutes for someone to come into the room. They do have a lot of fun as there's allot of laughter from the employees. Maybe that's why they take so long
