Physical Therapy & Rehab - West

One of the many Community Health's Physical Therapy locations is within Indianapolis Healthplex on Guion Road. I started physical therapy at this location following back surgery. I worked with two phenomenal therapists (who I saw depending on the day of my appointment). They were both very knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional. The same is true with the front desk staff. I wasn't overloaded with exercises to do at home, but the routine is very effective in regaining the physical abilities I lost. Being located within the Healthplex, I had access (with my therapist) to use the gym's facilities, such as the pool (for PT exercises), the track and, probably, the equipment, if it would've been needed for my PT. Both the gym and PT area were clean, easily accessible, and inviting. If you're frustrated with doctors and medical staff that don't listen to you, switch over to Community Health like I did. Their quality of care is like nothing I've ever experienced.

Lady did not put in my appointment, they want me to wait a whole week to have appointment. They are a mess! I'm looking for new place.
