Competitive policy covering exposures not covered by many insurance carriers. Policy is custom designed for small farms. Agent was very knowledgeable of exposures on a small farm

Purchased a new home and I have water back up coverage. They did nothing to help with water under the home that wasnt there during the inspection. They didnt even send anyone out to access the damage to see what took place. Im changing immediately to a new insurance company.

It is no wonder a good majority of the reviews here are bad. I would be willing to give a better review if the adjuster cared at all about their customers or claims. Trying to say youll accept 80% liability on an accident you are 100% at fault for is not right & is absolutely bad faith especially when the driver hits a mail vehicle by failing to disobey their turn signal & improperly tries to pass them at 55mph or greater. Do you not understand the law? Just because your driver lies & gives a false statement doesnt mean theyre telling you the truth. Police reports do not lie. The adjuster never even looked at the vehicle nor do they understand at all what happened in the accident. Do a better job. Its obvious youre not doing it. Your customers arent even happy. If you are reading this I won and received a large sum of money from this

Last summer our AC went out. We began working with Doug Fishback. He asked us to have a technician out to the home for an inspection of our unit and get back with him. We had several techs out to inspect. We emailed Doug this information on 6/15. Crickets. On July 25th we tried again. A phone call, a voice mail, and a second email all went unanswered. We got tired of waiting in the 100+ degree Indiana weather and went forward with having our HVAC replaced. I attempted to call Doug several times, never receiving an answer. Finally, I called in March of 2024 to speak to someone about why he had still not done any work on the claim. She told me he would contact me by the end of the day and if not, to call back 24 hours later. 48 Hours later I called back and was connected to Doug who told me the claim was closed due to my husband not answer a phone call. No voice message was ever left. Doug blamed this on temps who had been working in the office at the time. He told me likely the claim would not be paid out because of the age of our unit, but asked that I email him the technicians notes. I told him that we had already emailed him contact information for the technician. He responds that yes, he did receive both emails, he just never replied to them or followed through on contacting the technician. I emailed him the contact information a second time on 3/27. On 4/1 I had no email back and no phone call. I called Doug and got no answer. I called the customer service line to see if any progress had been made. The agent asked me to hold for a few minutes while she looked into it. I sat on the other end of the phone for 10 minutes, listening to her type and breath. I said hello? Are you still there? Several times to make sure I was still connected. It wasnt until 12+ minutes had passed and I literally said I can hear you on the other end. Hello? Before she responded that she was waiting for someone to reply to her that they were available. She could not find anyone available to discuss my claim with me. I Asked if I could give her my number and have a supervisor call me back. She took my number and informed me that Chad Koosman will be getting in contact with me today 4/1/2024. Regardless of the end result of this claim, I will be finding a new insurance company. I wouldnt use this company even if it were free.

Ive had Indiana Farmers Insurance for about 40 years. Had no accident during that time. One of their customers ran a stop sign and T-bone us. The vehicle is a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander which I bought brand new. Has only 95000 miles on it and still looks new. Damaged the driver side and back driver side doors. Had 4 estimates from $5450 to $7500. They totaled the car and then offered me $7700 and they keep the car. I want to keep the car and get it repaired. They offered me $5140 to get it repaired and keep the car. So Im out $280 out of my pocket. It drives great no shake, no shimmying and electric windows work. They wouldnt even give me the $280 to make it right. I have 4 automobiles and 2 houses through them. I pay them that much a month. Sorry POS company.
