Just. The. Worst. Inc. I've. Seen,. My. Car. Been. In. The. Shop. For. A. Month, They. Don't. Want. To. Pay. For. Rental. Car,. They. Sent. The. Repair. Check. To. The. Dealership,. They. Wouldn't. Accept. It,. I. Had. To. Go. Retrieve. It,. Send. It. Back. To. Them,Then. They. Send. It. Back. To. Me,. So. I. Can. Send. It. To. The. Bank,. So. They. Can. Send. It. To. The. Dealership,. This. Was. A. Hit. And. Run. To. Began. With. Still. Have. To. Pay. The. Deductable,. The. Adjuster. Won't. Return. Calls. For. 4. Days. Or. More,. Just. Horrible

Horrible customer service don’t waste your time to even try to get car insurance there I got into a car accident I wasn’t at fault the person that hit my car was at fault I call this insurance they do answer phone call , I call again over and over I have to drive my car break like that to get there at the young American insurance waste of time waste of money I said I will help me never help still charge me money every month and my car broke down they still taking money on my account for insurance I’m so mad and regret I choose this insurance on first place please people don’t go there don’t waste your time and your money I wish I could rate them 0 percent 0 customer service no communication they never call me to check up on my car the adjuster never call me , and every month they took money on my account for the insurance and my car broke still . I have proof here my car broke down and the insurance company told me adjuster will call the investigators never call me and yet still they take money every month on my bank for insurance.
