Tony, Brock, Cisco and John installed a new furnace and AC for me today. I was told that they would be here between 8 and 9 and out by about noon. They showed up on time and were out of here at 11:45. This obviously was not their first install job. I could not be happier with how the install went and my new Bryant system. They replaced my 19 year old Bryant system which was working perfectly fine, just not as efficient as the newer models. I also want to thank Boone who wrote my sales contract and invited me to call him over the weekend when I was ready to move forward, which I did. I am looking forward to the start of a new relationship with my new annual service agreement.

No one wants to spend money on an HVAC system, but sometimes you have to. Thiele had decent pricing, a great warranty, and quick service. Locally owned, too, which I love.

Thank you Elaine! HVAC is out of sight out of mind for the most part until you need it and no, its definitely not fun to spend money on. It has become a necessity and we try to make things go as smoothly for our customers as possible and having the right people in place is key. A;lso, being local is why we have the right people, we cant upset people in this community because we are not national or franchised like others that sometimes just dont care about Indy area like we do because they are doing fine in Tulsa for example. I really appreciate you taking the time to write this review and we will be here for you as we have for Central Indiana for 141 years now!
