I first contacted All-Pro because I have a pre-existing Trane and Mitsubishi mini-split system and this is one of the only places in Indy that is a dealer for both. Calling to get through to the office was a bit odd at first because they sometimes have a third-party answering service taking calls, but after I was connected with the admin staff I had a great experience. I believe All-Pro does a majority of commerical/apartment work but they rearranged some work to get my residential job in more quickly since my A/C was out. Dave and one more tech installed everything in a day, but it took a few more weeks to have some sheet metal custom cut for my humidifier and an accessory I wanted installed. It was non-critical and explained well so it wasn't a big deal, but most importantly - they did not forget about me and actually got those things done. I've had far too many experiences where if there is a non-critical follow-up needed it is pushed off and ignored. The custom sheet metal piece looks very well done. Will definitely use again! Referred to All Pro from a friend after a very poor ARS service call to fix a broken air-conditioning unit. Staff was helpful, attentive, and tracked down information to save my family money on the repairs. While parts are difficult to obtain with the pandemic, All Pro had us back up and running with cool air in 4 days. Technician Dave was friendly and communicated what he was doing at all times. I also highly recommend Katie as well for handling the logistic side of the service and keeping in constant contact throughout the repair.

We used this company to repair an ac unit that was working poorly. Still blowing cold air- but not enough. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. He informed me that the unit was frozen- that he needed to turn it off and come back tomorrow when it was thawed. The next day he never showed and when we contacted the company they said they could send someone in a week. The kicker- what ever he did to it- it wont turn back on at all now. And we have had the luxury of siting in an 85 degree household with 3 small children for what will be 3 days (we have had to hire another company to fix whatever they did). They provide unreliable service - hire with caution! Service: A/C system repair
