Our recent stay was very nice. The hotel check in was smooth & the front desk staff member was pleasant & very helpful. We had a couple special requests that were fulfilled with a smile. Our room was very clean & had a nice view of the canal. All areas of the hotel were clean & inviting. The breakfast area was fully stocked, clean & the staff was great. I like that they welcome dogs. They even had a food & water dish in the main lobby area for them. The location felt safe & was an easy drive or walk to many popular spots. We'll definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff is great. Housekeeping starts at 9am and will bang doors, dishes and cabinets all day until 7pm! I'd recommend one day stay, nothing lengthy because you'll be miserable. I'm woke up by doors slamming against my walls in both rooms, everyday, so my son can't take a nap in the afternoon.. He's home schooling and the frequent bangs on the walls startles him, so he can't concentrate..They're that loud.. I'm bipolar, Schizophrenic with bad anxiety, on 4 medications. Im having more panic attacks because i cant relax.. Just now! A housekeeper dropped a vacuum at my door! Dropped it! So I open my door and its a housekeeper walking away with a vacuum. This is ridiculous.. Lastly, my debit card they keep on 'hold', is charging my card $20-$40 a day! I had to get their merchant blocked- Now I'm getting notifications of continued charges on my card. If you've ever used a debit or credit card, check for extra charges- Rooms: The walls are thin. I can hear everything around me. I confronted the housekeeper banging on my walls when she heard my closet door close. Ofcourse she acted confused... To think! Housekeeping...retaliating against a PAYING short term customer! Not a one nighter..The audacity. SMH
