We had an amazing experience! It can be difficult to find dog friendly accommodations, especially in a reasonable price point. Staff was so friendly, everything was super clean, and I was blown away by the quality of accomodations including breakfast, social hour, and a walking path around a stunning courtyard area for our dog. We have paid much more for much less in the past. We genuinely had an incredible time. Thank you for being such thoughtful hosts.
Rooms: Clean and dog friendly, which was so appreciated
Nearby activities: Close enough to downtown to plan a drive for activities, etc.
Safety: Neighborhood seems incredibly safe
Food & drinks: Complementary breakfast was hot and delicious, with both vegetarian options for me and a generous spread in general.

Guy checking us in was unprofessional and was not all there, gave us wrong number of room keys, making weird comments or small talk.
Kitchen had ants. The same guy who checked us in came and sprayed Raid all over the kitchen. Raid is not meant to be sprayed on food contact surfaces with kids in the area. We spent the weekend there not able to use the kitchen and away from the room except to sleep because of this.
After we checked out, I noticed an extra $75 charge from the hotel that I never received a receipt for. The charge was not on my room receipt. I immediately reported it as fraud.
Never staying here again.

Older hotel. Appliances dated. Beds hard. So loud unable to rest for work because the walls are thin you can hear walking up and down the hallways, stairwell and rooms above. Could hear side doors opening and closing and people yelling and talking through the thin walls and hallways. Do not stay here if you need sleep for work. Staff is great but that does nothing for the lack of sleep.

Our stay at Staybridge Indianapolis - Carmel was nothing short of amazing. The host reception made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and personalized service. The social meet-up exceeded our expectations with delicious food and a friendly staff that made us feel welcome. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this hotel for future stays.
