Toilet was visibly dirty, cracked floors and crumbling ceiling, and the door didn't latch closed.

I want to start off by saying that this place had hot water for 1 of 4 nights we stayed there. On entering, a strong smell of weed and ozium hit us in the face, and we were greeted by stains on the floor, on the chair and other places. Room service never really showed up, but they made the beds pretty well. Both beds had cigarette or blunt burns in them, with some light staining to boot. The card reader didnt work most of the time. The complimentary breakfast was okay, the waffle iron burned any waffles you put in it while simultaneously leaving the other side uncooked. They dont refill the batter if they run out, at least they didnt when I was there. Overall pretty horrible, and the cold water situation didnt help my mood for the rest of the day, so 1/5.

So be aware they let people smoke crack in there with the door open don't say anything all nite then when they go to a gas station they call and tell them...cant have it both ways..be a man and say something..no balls in india

If you just need a place to crash for the night, there's nothing particularly wrong here. That said there are so many opportunities for improvement. The common areas were filthy and looked like they were never cleaned, there was leftover food stains all over the kitchen, cigarettes literally the walkways, and the carpets inside the room were gross and sticky. There was a gap in the door so people could literally look right into the bedroom. Breakfast had few options and isn't worth the extra price over a budget motel. The fire extinguishers were all years out of date. We went to check in and rooms weren't ready on time, oh well it happens. Then they refused to let us have another towel even though there were signs that they were available upon request - hope you don't need more than 2 towels, 2 washclothes, and 1 hand towel because that's all you get. The phone in the room was disconnected and didn't work, the WiFi didn't work and nobody could fix it, and there were no microwaves in the room so we had to use the 1 dirty microwave in the breakfast area. Also, it's none of my business and I don't know the full story but during the stay we overhead multiple other guests complaining about various issues and the front desk was unwilling to help. If you're just looking for a last minute $80 hotel to crash with no bugs this place works, otherwise steer clear
